Talks and workshop
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I offer talks and workshops for organisations, universities, schools, and community groups.

My sessions explore how culture, history, and story shape our relationship with food, body, and identity. Drawing on psychology, sociology, myth, and metaphor, I create spaces where participants are invited to reconnect with their inner voice, examine the cultural narratives they have inherited, and consider how collective histories shape personal experience.

This work sits at the intersection of the intellectual and the intuitive, weaving together theory and storytelling in a way that is accessible, embodied, and genuinely transformative. No prior knowledge is needed. Just a willingness to listen differently.

I also offer talks on eating disorders and body image from a lived
experience perspective, helping communities and organisations understand recovery in a more human and inclusive way.

If you are interested in bringing this work to your organisation, university, school, or community group, I would love to hear from you.

Workshops are reflective rather than clinical. They provide space for conversation, creativity, and reconnection. Each session is inclusive, queer-affirming, and culturally aware, designed to meet people where they are and invite gentle transformation through understanding and story.
