12 Week Signature Package

This is for the person who is tired of obsessing over food and body, and who’s ready to untangle the shame, control, and self-criticism they've carried for too long. This is for those committed to making lasting shifts in how they relate to food, their body, and themselves.

 

If you want healing that is compassionate and culturally aware, without diet culture, clinical coldness, or performative positivity, this is for you.

 

Includes:

  • 1 x 60-minute weekly coaching session (12 total)

  • Text support between sessions

  • Weekly integration tools and journaling prompts

  • A tailored recovery roadmap

  • Final reflection session & future planning guide
