I can help with...

Support after inpatient or clinical treatment
Guidance as you adjust to life at home, helping you apply what you’ve learned in real-world settings.

Making Sense of Your Experience
Sometimes nothing feels clear, just confusing and overwhelming. I can support you with slowing things down and understanding what’s actually going on for you.

A Difficult Relationship with Food or Your Body
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected in your relationship with food or your body, this space offers a way to explore that with more understanding and less judgement.

Feeling Disconnected
from Yourself
Many people in recovery feel unsure of who they are beyond the struggle. We can explore identity, sense of self, and what it means to reconnect with yourself.

Establishing daily routines
Building rhythm and predictability to support both physical and emotional recovery.
Isolation in Recovery
Recovery can feel lonely. This space allows you to talk openly about that experience and feel less alone in it.
